Ingredients & Preparation:

• 1 dash of angostura bitters
• 2 dashes shiitake mushroom tincture
• Cut 5 shiitake mushrooms and soak in vodka for a week. Strain, and put into dashers
• 5 dashes heirloom Granny Smith apple tincture
• Dice 1 heirloom Granny Smith and soak in vodka with 1 cinnamon stick for 1 week. Strain, and put into dasher

• 1/4 ounce old fashioned simple syrup

• 4 cups white sugar, 4 cups brown sugar , 1 liter of bourbon, 1 cinnamon stick, 10 cloves, 1 star anise, 5 allspice berries, 5 ounces of angostura bitters. Low heat until incorporated. Strain into a jar

• Add 1/4 ounce absinth

• Add 1 ounce Vya sweet vermouth

• Add 1 1/2 ounce High West double rye whiskey
